"These guys are always willing to help and find what I'm looking for. I'm not the most tech savvy person and their team is always patient in helping me find my parts. Shout out to Mike and Carter!"
"The team at Instrumental Parts has always helped me find the part I'm looking for and quickly gets it out to me so I can keep making music."
"I purchased a part and they charged me 60$ for it. 4 day later i wrote to see if the part they sold me was shipped and they answer they were back order and were not expecting any new arrival so they refunded me. So far it was fair business i can understand supply obsolescence and a product can be discontinued. 3 day's later while looking for the card again i checked if they removed the part from the listing but instead the card is still listed but at 140$ for the card. So i will be fair. i wanted to give 1 star review for lying to me but since they refunded me quite fast i will give them 2 star. Below average experience."
"Absolutely excellent service, I ordered parts for my Rane TTM 56 Mixer and everything i needed Instrumental parts had in stock and I was sent an email to say that the order was shipped and would be with me in the next ten days, exactly ten days later the parts arrived safely by FedEx, now that is what I call superb quality service, thank you very much to all at Instrumental Parts. "
"Our company uses Instrumentalparts a lot for repairs we have in our electronics repair shop. While they dont have every part in the world, they really seem to have a lot of what we need when it comes to DJ equipment especially Pioneer and Rane. The customer service is quick and easy. Sometimes certain parts are special order but they ship quickly "
"I placed an order on 9/16 and I'm still waiting on my order or to know it has been shipped, it did not say out of stock or anything on the web site nor did it say we couldn't not contact them by phone right now due to Covid. Now I understand that but at least put it on your web site , but I heard nothing even in an email after I emailed them 2 days ago , . Very in happy my order info just says awaiting full fill ment! "
"I had a great experience with InstrumentalParts.com. I needed some older parts for a drum kit and they really came through for me. They confirmed that the parts on their site matched what I needed and were very fast. When they originally shipped the package USPS lost it, so they shipped me another one at no cost! They really came through for me and I know I'll be using them for all my instrument part needs going forward.
Thanks again!"
"Features Awsome as expected and as you would expect working features.
You just have to like say you have a Superscope PSD340 like I have which records and produces made or, pre recorded existing bought CDs.
And sadly your old CD Drive may have died due to a fault or it failed due to forcing it open. Then thanks to this Instrumental Parts website shop you can fix it. Weather it be Marantz or even Denon. All you have to do is take off your plate where the screws go in to hold the CD Drive in place.
On mine I put a spare screw in the bottom middle hole to hold it down.
Making sure all side leads are unplugged, then put all screws back in at the sides left top and bottom and same on the right. Plug the side leads back in and then finally put the bottom cover back on and do up the bottom and back, screws.
Then when ready plug back into the mains and turn it on from the back and top power switches. Wait for it to read then it’ll tell you what it’s doing. Once finished loading put a cd in the player, and any CD-R Disc in the CD-R Recorder/Player Drive.
Please note one will be blank so no sound on playback and on the other it’ll play through the mono speaker. After recording 1 track you may want to stop it at the end of song 1, making sure they have both stopped. Then try playing your recorded CD in the CD Player Drive at the top. Then repeat the process by stopping the CD after track 1, put the CD-R back in CD-R Drive and CD Album or single in. CD Player and switch to track 2 play and record it. Repeating this then once happy with these steps allow it to finish and rec button and once more to finalise your recording. It’s as simple as that! Thank so much! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!"
"My order was delivered during a storm. It blew away or was plowed away. They graciously resent it. Thank you! You earned my business and trust! "
"Mike was very responsive to the email I sent requesting help to find the right part for my son's broken drum kit. All I had to do was send him a picture and he sent me a link to the exact part I needed! Thank Mike at Instrumental Parts for all the help! "
