"I bought a PC and an LCD monitor from Intechra (used to be Retrobox).
The PC was a Dell Optiplex GX50, for $40. I thought that was a good price. Plenty of RAM; no OS. I planned to use Linux anyway.
Everything came fairly-well packed, and was undamaged. The packer needs a bit of retraining. The monitor case was in contact with the outside of the carton, but wasn't damaged. The PC and monitor arrived in perfect shape. The PC was perfectly clean inside and out. How do they clean them so well?
The monitor had a slight smudge on the screen. A bit of rubbing-alcohol took it off,and the monitor was flawless.
I tried to boot my Kubuntu Linux CD, but the CD drive was faulty. I contacted Intechra and they agreed to let me remove the drive and ship me a replacement. The replacement drive arrived quickly and was packed to a fare-thee-well. I could have dropped it off a house and it would have survived. The drive also seemed to be brand new. I installed it, and it worked perfectly.
I think Intechra provides good value for the money, great service, and I would recommend them to anyone."
