"I browsed around for a while looking for the right store for my custom laptop. Ended up choosing ISTNC based on their good reviews and large selection. I purchased a Clevo m570u around the beginning of January and it was in my hands within 2 weeks.

Of course, with a lot of parts to choose from, I had a lot of questions and concerns and ISTNC was there every step of the way. Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced online. I found their "Live Chat" tool on their website especially useful as a representative was there to provide a quick response to answer all my inquiries. After my order was finalized, they continued to provide excellent service keeping me posted as my order went through it's production. Overall I am very satisfied with ISTNC, they provided me with the exact product I wanted at an excellent price (they do price matching!) and never faltered in their customer service. I have purchased from them again and will continue to do so in the future! Thank you ISTNC!"

"My experience with this company has been great. I purchased a new laptop computer from ISTNC via eBay. Normally, I would not use eBay for large purchases but their 100% positive feedback rating and high score at this site assured me that it would be safe. Payment was quick and painless and communication and a summary of payment came immediately afterwards.

Shipping information was then sent on the next business day and shipped out on time. ISTNC gave me the correct tracking info and I received the computer on time without any damage.

The computer was packaged securely with Styrofoam and multiple boxes and bubblewrap. All info, CDs and product licenses were included in separate containers. The laptop had a sheet of protective material between the screen and keyboard to prevent scratches and booted up without a problem.

Only minor issue was a stuck pixel but that problem is widespread and although annoying, falls under the minimum number of dead pixels to qualify. The other issue was the free Windows Vista Business upgrade coupon that was included in the sale. When I went to visit the site to redeem the coupon, I was told that all upgrades have expired. I emailed Gwen and she promptly replied explaining the situation how she has contacted Microsoft for the correct coupon.

So far, I have been using it for a little over a week and I have encountered zero problems. ISTNC did not install the typical bloatware that you can find on the other large OEMs like Dell and HP.

On another note, I was pleasantly surprised to find that ISTNC had included a messenger bag with the computer, something that was not specified in the eBay auction. This messenger bag is sturdy and hold the notebook and accessories, as well as other compartment for holding paper, supplies and writing instruments.

"I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a laptop from this seller. And I do mean a pleasure. I needed the laptop for work and gaming (desktop replacement) I knew what I wanted, the only question was who I was going to get it from. After a few quickly responded emails from Rick Roberts (answered within minutes) to answering my questions via instant messenger, I was ready to place my order. Ordering from the Caribbean required me to pay via wire transfer which I convinced myself to do after reading various review forums / eBay rating. I must admit everything seemed too good to be true but believe me, this is one company that's for true!
Ordering was simple, shipping was simple (and very accommodative) product was excellent! I spent a lot on this laptop and it did not fail to impress. It arrived with an added bonus and all. Something that would never happen with one of the large OEM's. I've had no problems with the unit so far so no need to call in Tech support however if I did a big plus is not having to talk to wait on the line 2 hours to speak to someone who can hardly understand me / I understand them in a call center in Latin America (which I currently have to do for other work machines). This is a big plus.
My Integrated Systems purchasing experience has been an incredible one and will definitely be where I'll be recommending and purchasing in the future.

"I have been very impressed with the customer service of this store. There are many places you can purchase laptops from online. What makes a differance for me is how a company will stand behind you as the customer. Rick and Gwen are that type of people. I purchased my Clevo laptop in early May. It worked great for the first week and then encountered a problem. I purchased the laptop without an operating system and installed one myself(windows XP). I encountered a problem that caused windows to lock up. I was afraid that since i did not purchase the operating system from them that I would be on my own. This was not the case. In fact i recieved some of the best customer service i have ever recieved. They walked me through a number of possible solutions. In the end I had to send the noebook back to them so they could work on it. While this was frustrating it is important to remember that it is not a perfect world and everynow and again something goes wrong. They paid for all of the shipping costs and replaced my laptop with a brand new one. The also went above and beyond and installed my software(which I bought elseware) for me. That is the type of service that will bring me bac to make future purchases from them again. It is also why i would recomend tehm to other shoppers. This is a company that put the customers needs first. They are available to contact when you have questions and really care about you as a consumer.

"Well I have had this Clevo 560 for about 3-4 months now and I can honestly say that there are only Two things that bother me about this notebook. 1) The screen could stand to be a little brighter. It works great in the house and really looks good @ night however, in the sun it's almost impossible to see without providing some kind of shade to the screen. 2) The second thing that bothers me more than ANYTHING is that when you are typing the cusor will jump up a few lines and start typing in the middle of another sentence that you have already finished. This has happened about 6 times since I started this review. "The ordering process was positive, but having received the system with the operating system on drive "I:" instead of drive "C:" forced me to reload all the software. This should had been noticed and corrected by them before the system was shipped. Hopefully I will not require any software support in the future.

In the interests of fairness though, as soon as they were aware of my situation they, as most companies do, immediately apologized. In addition they extended my warranty without asking. This I find rare in the customer services industry. Overall I would purchase from this company again."

"I ordered an Asus z70va laptop from Integrated System Tech December of last year. They answered all questions about the specific model and was even available for contact via Live chat at 10 pm, Try that on for size Dell! And speaking of a comparison with Dell or any other computer for the matter, the Asus unit I bought (pentium m 770, 2gb ram, 100gb hd, plus all the standards of a z70va model) for a little under 2k will run a similarly equipped Dell well over 3 grand. Trust me I checked them all.

As for the delivery process I experienced, even though the holiday season is usually considered the busiest time of the year, ISTNC still had the notebook delivered right on time!

Just recently though, I had experienced some problem with the monitor which had begun producing a fuzzy image. Istnc advised for me to send it in, which I did over spring break and they did something I think hardly any other company would have done and replaced the entire unit and still kept my original hard drive! As this was a custom Built on Asus unit, Istnc diagnosed the problem, and built a whole new unit in under a week!

Needless to say, I've been thoroughly satisfied with Istnc's service. Their quality is top-notch, even with the few bumps along the way I've encountered. And their customer service too is exceptional, its become a rare find nowadays to find a company that has both quality and customer service. Well done Istnc! "

"Outstanding company. I recently purchased a custom configured ASUS Z71V from ISTNC after doing a lot of shopping around. As near as I can tell, a comparably configured machine from Dell would have cost almost twice as much. More importantly, I found that I couldn’t get everything I wanted from any of the big brands. I use my computers for two very different activities – writing and gaming. For writing, I need something that is small enough to carry around with me. For gaming, I wanted a healthy quantity of memory, a fast processor and hard drive and a premium graphics chipset. Most of the big brands offer two types of machines, either a monstrous desktop replacement with lots of power or portable machines that lack the goods for (moderately) serious gaming. The machine I configured at ISTNC offered both. The Z71V chassis has a 15.4” screen, which is big enough to enjoy a game but keeps the laptop considerably smaller than a 17”. I got a 2 Ghz Pentium M, 2 Gb RAM, the NVIDIA 6600 chipset with 128K (would have preferred 256K – this was the only concession I had to make – they didn’t offer it on this chassis) and a 7200 rpm, 80 Gb hard drive. Half-Life 2 has never looked so good. Everything about the machine is just stellar.

My experience with ISTNC was excellent. Their configurator is easy to use and gives you a running total of both the base price of the chassis and the price “as configured.” No problems with the web interface, and the purchase was simple. Within moments, I had a confirmation email from ISNTC the included every configured element of the purchase and an encouragement to contact the company if anything was incorrect. Nothing was. Five days later (3 business days), I got another email telling me that my order had moved from the “order processing” state to the “build/test” state. It also contained a link to the site where you could check the status of the purchase. Later that day, I got another email stating that the order was being shipped! The email contained a tracking number and a link to FedEx to follow the shipment. On March 10th, five business days after my order was placed, FedEx delivered the machine.

The packaging was simple and the documentation was spare. It contained enough to get a novice up and running, but lacked information on, for instance, the fact that some of the included software (DVD software, in this case) had not been installed. It was there on disk, however, so I quickly installed it and had the machine playing the Fellowship of the Ring in full, beautiful, 1680x1050 widescreen.

The ISNTC warranty program looks good on paper. I haven’t had to put it to the test, however, so I can’t speak to that directly. Other than my cat eating and subsequently vomiting up some Styrofoam peanuts, this has been the smoothest, most satisfactory computer purchase I have ever made. I wouldn’t consider buying from anyone else. And, given that my wife’s laptop is near death, I may be calling on Rick and Gwen at ISNTC again soon."
