This product is misrepresented, at the most it records an 1 1/2 hours worth of video. Don't get me wrong, the video quality is excellent. Now, I want to upgrade to something that does what it say. The only drawback is I HAVE TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE for something that's not what it says. The sales people should know what the product does befoore they answer the questions.

"i got what i ordered but the disk that came with my usb dvr box will not install the driver for the usb dvr box so i am not able to use my camera on my computer it will download the software but when i click on driver the install wizard dont come up like it shows in the manual the install wizard comes up for the software i just cant use it because the disk that came with it does not work proparly can you help me install my driver and help me get my usb dvr box to work?"

"For the price, this camera gives good quality visuals. Transferring video to computer is fast and easy. I like it. However, it is difficult to video in secret due to flashing red, yellow and blue lights on the "back" of the camera. These are are large and detectable in low light situations. The solution would be to replace these lights with pinhole sized LEDs. Charging the unit is easy. Instructions are minimal and incorrect. A good value, but not "best.""
