"We purchased a set of customized Xbox 360 controllers from Instafirestore.com for our boys as Christmas gifts about a week before Thanksgiving. We wanted them custom built with special color combinations and Mods. While we did not see exactly what we wanted from their standard customization selections, so we decided to use the "CHAT" option and talk to them directly. We asked what could and couldn't be customized and what options we had with each part we could customize. They were able to customize everything from the color of the buttons, shell, triggers, and LEDs to the Mods for gaming. Well, about 30 minutes later after going over exactly what we wanted customized on each controller we made our purchase. The folks at Instafirestore.com were very knowledgeable, helpful, and made the ordering and purchase experience wonderful. Their pricing and customization options are very competitive compared to the other sites that sell customized and Modded controllers. Before shipping the controllers they sent us a photo of one of the customized controllers as we had asked for the "Gamer Tags" to be put on the controllers. That gave us an opportunity to do some quality control prior to shipping. It looked awesome, just as we had expected.

Instafirestore.com's shipping was good and even included tracking which made me feel even better about the purchase. We received them a week after Thanksgiving and in excellent condition as they were each wrapped in a foam sleeve to protect them during shipping. Not bad to get two customized controllers custom built and shipped within two weeks and during the Holidays. This will be a great Christmas for our boys.
