"Advertised Maxtor hard drives with a 3-year warranty. I checked the manufacturer's website and discovered that one of the drives I ordered only had a 2.5 year warranty and the other, 2.6 years.

Drives were also shipped n a box with poor packing.

"Outstanding service (I've ordered several times from them). Recently, I ordered a 750 GB Western Digital SATA hard disk and my computer wouldn't boot when I connected it. Interproshop.com promptly sent replacement hard disk and it similarly wouldn't work. However, while waiting for the replacement disk I installed a PCI-SATA controller in another computer and the disk worked just fine on that computer, showing that the SATA controller on my ASUS P5B motherboard was at fault (I was surprised, for my Seagate 750 GB drive works fine from that controller). Interproshop was great even though my motherboard was at fault."
