"I ordered a coffee table (paid $828) on August 3rd and didn't not receive it until December 9th despite being told I would receive it mid October. The table was left at my door and not delivered inside my house the way the delivery was advertised. Then, the table arrived completely destroyed. When I reached out to the customer support team, they told me I could either order a new one (wait 4 more months) or refund me $150. 18% refund????? In what world is that even acceptable. Please save yourself a headache. They do not have a number to contact them and it is all via email. RED FLAGS!"
"This company advertises high end, designer goods. They use designer pictures and even the exact same designed names to sell their counterfeit goods. They advertise Kartell Masters chairs, but the “Masters” chairs they sell are counterfeit. They are deceptive and unethical, and will charge you huge $$ to return the items once the customer receives the inferior quality goods. Beware, beware, beware."
"Interior icons delivery company white glove service cut off and took away the furniture’s packaging. When we immediately wanted to return the items, Interior icons refused because we didn’t have the original packaging, which they 100% knew their delivery company took away without telling us we can’t return anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS."
"Been waiting 5 months for a dining table. Arrived cracked in half!
Now, they are asking me to wait another 2-3 months for a replacement table top. The base legs are somewhere else, at some shipment company somewhere.
The replacement order is only for a table top - Why anyone want a table top with no legs?
There is NO customer service phone # - which should have been my 1st tip off.
There is only 1 e-mail that gets answered 1 time in 24 hours. So if you need more help - each and every question will take 24 hours to get an answer.
After 1 week of back and forth - They have offered up 0 to remedy the situation:
1) no expedited replacement - same extended wait times as if I placed the order today. Meanwhile, we have already waited 5 months
2) they are only shipping me a table top with no legs
3) they haven't offered any discount or credit for this fiasco - unlike every other legit company out there
4) there is 0 quality control in packaging - even the delivery person commented to say the same.
This company is a FRAUD & a SCAM.
Do not order from this company."
"
Thank you for your emails.
Our returns fee only applies to return requests that have been made through our portal.
As you rejected the shipment, and did not submit a return request, we cannot honor a return fee, as the order is not classified as a return.
As advised previously and outlined in the terms and conditions of sale (which were agreed to at the time of purchase, "In the event of a rejected delivery, Interior Icons will take responsibility for the return of the items, and a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund processed. Please note that shipping charges are not able to be refunded once these services have been provided by our delivery partners.)"
Checking the box stating "I agree with the terms and conditions" at the time of purchase is deemed as you reading, understanding and accepting the full terms and conditions. As such, we cannot waive this fee.
Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to assist you.
Kind regards,
Emma

"fraudulent company to be avoided at all costs, Bought 3,000 couch. paid their suggested 500 more for white glove delivery.. terrible quality couch and when we went to return it the next day (it was delivered later thurwsday and we went to return friday our request was rejected as we had no picture of the "packaging" (which of course there could not be as the couch wasn't packaged. Fraudsters" beware and warn others - i've filed with the BBB and FCC and AGs office and my congressional delegation - and now heading to AMEX to complain - Scary stuff"
"The company's policy is outdated and not in line with other retailers. There is no Customer Service to speak of. There is a portal that you have to use and you need to wait 24 to 48 hrs for someone to respond. The response is scripted and is not customer focused. They could care less about your issue, especially when they are to blame for the issue. I purchased a stone top dining table. Their shipper broke the top into multiple pieces on delivery. They basically said too bad, you have to buy another..... This went on for months and only after getting the shipper involved, did they even take a step towards resolution. After waiting till Dec (item purchased in August) for a review, they offered a 50% refund of the table, even after we had to repurchase a whole new table. Worst company ever. Would not recommend them to anyone and if your thinking of purchasing......don't..... Look elsewhere, trust me"
"The chairs I bought were unstable. If you sit in them all the legs spread out and then when you stand the legs snap back into place. It is poor craftmanship. All the reviews on their website are great, but that is because you have to email them your review to have it posted so they can cherry pick the ones they want to show the public. The company had similar complaints about these chairs when I emailed so they offered me $100 refund to buy feet so the chairs don't slide. Sliding isn't the problem, this is a construction issue.
When I asked the company for a refund they only offered a 50% refund because I didnt have the original boxes. Ridiculous policy since the chairs were $600 each. Would never recommend them again. "
"Writing this review after knowing that Voga is now interiror icons. it has been absolutely horrible. We ordered furniture for approximately 3.100 Euro the 19.th October 2019. We were told, that the goods would be ready in 8-10 weeks. 10 MONTHS later, after writing several mails, we got the news a week ago, that the furniture is now ready for pick up. But since the law had changed (3 months AFTER we placed the order) we now have to pick up the furniture in China!!! If we are unable to collect the furniture within 21 days, it will all be given to charity!! And we cannot have our money back. It is correct, that the Irish law has been changed the 26.th December 2019, but all companies were given 6 months to bring the goods home. This means, that VOGA can still collect our furniture from China until the 26.th June. Normally VOGA has worked together with Transporteca, so we immediately contacted the shipping company, but they cannot help us. It is absolutely unacceptable, that we order furniture in Ireland, and because of an extreme delay, we now have to accept, that our furniture will be given to charity if we cannot collect them. VOGA has spent 10 months producing our furniture - but they leave us with 21 days to collect them in China? The furniture is our property and can of course not be given away to others unless we say so. None of this information was given to us at the time of the purchase. VOGA refuses to arrange transportation and pay the extra taxes. This is like a bad dream, that never ends. Our furniture was stolen last year, and now we have very patiently been waiting for new furniture - just to wake up to this terrible feeling, that VOGA has unfortunately failed to take responsibility for their customers. This behaviour is so unethical.

"I received 4 chairs that I purchased from the company. Two of them arrived defective. The company is saying they are fine. I have asked for a return or exchange but the company insists they are fine. "
"I odrered nine pieces for a model in Chicago. When I ordered the items November 2021 it stated all items are instock and would ship in December 2021. I have been check status of the delivery each time the expected shipping date changes. Last status update is March 26th - April 2. This does me no good for furniture that needs to be installed March 5th. They stated due to COVID and trucking issues. Why is it Design Within Reach, Room and Board, Rove Concepts, Crate and Barrel, CB2, West Elm and Kardiel have all been able to keep their delivery dates?
You can't call anyone, so you have to rely on their email response to any of your questions. It took Crystal "Customer Service Manager" one week to give me another delayed ship date. Then I send another question asking what the return poloicy is due to this product not even being shipped.
Their response is "To check if your order is eligible to be returned at no additional charge, simply look for “Eligible for free returns” under the product details section of each product page."
I would stay clear of this company, NON TRUST WORTHY, FAILURE TO SOLVE ANY ISSUES, HIDE BEHIND EMAILS, FALSE CLAIMS.

"BEWARE OF THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!!!
We are experiencing a nightmare with Interior Icons. This company is engaging in extremely fraudulent and deceptive practices when it comes to refunding us our money for PRODUCTS THEY DID NOT DELIVER WHEN PROMISED. Here are the facts: we placed an order for a table, a sofa and two chairs for a total of $7,090, which included almost $500.00 for shipping on Sept. 23rd. Their estimated delivery was early November. The promised "fast shipping" in their email to us. November came and went with zero communication and when we went on the website to track the order it said it was not even in the warehouse and would not be in weeks. We were forced to get other furniture products for the holidays and wrote to inform them we needed to be refunded because we did not get the furniture when promised and needed. They admitted they did not have the product to send us and still refused to give us our money back!!! Their website says they offer "free returns", but they are still refusing to refund us for the products they never delivered to us!! We are devastated - they are literally trying to steal our hard-earned money from us. They admitted in writing multiple times that they STILL don't have the product but still insist that they are going to ship it to us even though we have now told them numerous times we no longer want it or need it because of their failure to deliver when originally promised. They are trying to force shipping so they can then charge us a large shipping and restocking fee. This is deceptive and corrupt. We are trying to push back by writing to their lawyers and are going to have to hire our own lawyers to fight them. Never ever have we experienced anything as unethical and deceptive from a merchant as their treatment of us!! We can't sleep because of their corrupt behavior - $7,090 is an enormous amount of money to us and they are shamelessly trying to rip us off!!!"
"Unless you can be absolutely certain that you will not have any issues regarding your order, do not buy from this company. They are straight up gangsters and will steal your money. They will send you inferior products, their "Free 30-Day Return" is a lie, their pricing practices are questionable, overall, they are unethical with no moral compass and nothing they say on their website can be trusted. Please be warned, I'm not in any way embellishing or exaggerating my experience with them, these folks are brutal. They lose their mind when you request a refund. As long as you don't have an issue, they are fine. I purchased the AJ floor lamp from them. It was as advertised, I had no problem so, it was a smooth transaction. If you have an issue, you become their worst enemy. They take it as a personal affront to their products and service. As if, the admiration and praise that they seek and expect from their customers are being jeopardized.
I Purchased a Grasshopper Floor Lamp, received the lamp and there is a design issue, it's not as advertised or pictured. I immediately contacted the company providing a photo and I requested a full refund. They offered to send a replacement or a partial refund of $100.00 for repair. I'm not interested in waiting for a replacement and it can’t be repaired. The area in question, would have to be redesigned and that would cost a lot more than $100.00. The item was manufactured incorrectly or maybe, they advertise one thing and send me another? Don't know however, I do know I don't want it, it is not what I agreed to purchase. I agreed to purchase the item that was shown on their website. After a couple days of emailing back and forth, (by the way, they do not answer questions, they ignore everything you say and they keep repeating the same thing over and over in this robotic tone that is essentially saying, I don’t care about you or your problem, I have made you an offer, take it or leave it) the offer went from replacement or $100.00 to replacement or $80.00 for repair. I guess they are sick of me so I'm being penalize $20.00. They can clearly see the difference and will not accept responsibility and refund my money. An ethical company would have accepted responsibility and refunded my money immediately.

"THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE - DOES NOT VALUE QUALITY OR ITS CUSTOMERS. I ordered the Finn Juhl Style Credenza. We were moving into a new apartment in NY. Our building was not able to accept delivery before our move-in so I sent the piece to our decorator's receiving warehouse. Given COVID, the warehouse was not able to delivery the piece right away. We received the credenza on July 14th. It was intact in the original packaging. The packaging was quite secure, yet the credenza was damaged. The piece was cracked along all of the seams, the paint job was very poor, and the doors were stiff. I promptly took photos and sent them to the company. Interior Icons stated that since we are outside of the notification window, even though the package was unopened, they were not able to help us. I did not want a refund, just a replacement. My requests were repeatedly denied. It wasn't until I shared my experience on social media that they offered a replacement. Interior Icons told me that the replacement would take 10 weeks and that I would be responsible for shipping. Why would I pay for shipping again??? That makes no sense. As I lost all confidence (and trust) in this company, I asked them to please retrieve their non-conforming goods. Interior Icons stated..."...we are unable to collect your credenza until your reviews are removed." This organization obviously does not value quality or customer relationships. In addition, Interior Icons does not have a live customer service line - all customer support is via email. Simply terrible!!"
"My table arrived cracked which surprisingly isnt the main issue. Its a 300lb marble table top, and Interior Icons will not send a service to remove it, its now my financial responsibility -- a table that took a semi truck and two strong men to move in. The replacement will arrive in like 8 or so weeks. They will not give me a refund OR send a new table that is available today because they said I already "had the base". Be prepared - customer service is really poor if you have a damage issue. It takes ~3 - 4 days for each reply and only does so via email. I would NEVER recommend them! I also encourage you to spend some time scouring the internet because I have seen many reviews of similar instances to mine! "
