"These people are thieves and con artists!
They state that shipping comes from Fedex. However, shipping comes from another local company who drop ships the items to the curb OUTSIDE of your home!
As a single female, I told the delivery company that this would not be possible. After all, how on earth was I supposed to collect the item? Carry it on my back!?! I ordered a King-sized bed from them!!! It does not state anywhere in there Terms and Conditions about drop shipping. In fact, when one orders from the website it makes it seem as if shipping is done door-to-door. But it is not!
I also double-checked the Terms and Conditions to make sure that I had not missed anything. But...I did not!
I spoke to the company rep about it: Mr Khaikeat Loo, Operation Analyst at the company who said...oh yes, they would give me a refund in full. Yes, yes...they should make it clear that the items are not delivered to customer's doors but to the curb.
However, when it came down to it, I received an email from Mr Loo stating the following:
"A total of $214.80 will be charged for restocking fees plus a total of $293.00 for return shipping cost. Amount refunded will be $713.60 - $214.80 - $293.00 = $205.80. Do you approve that?"
So, they want to refund me: $205.80 after I gave them $713.60 for the price of a bed. And...I have not received the item.
This is outrageous and I am putting in a fraud claim to my bank immediately.
Beware of this company and order from them at your peril!!! You have been warned!!!

"This company is the BIGGEST SCAM going...
We ordered a Baxton Bed frame. Paid over $700 for it, with free shipping. Never received an email saying our order shipped, but did get a phone call from Road Runner Trucking Company telling me that we would have to pay for them to lower our 150# box to the ground from the truck because Interior Express did not order "liftgate" service to be paid for us. Had to make several phone calls to Interior Express as they NEVER answer their phones. Got Paul Sheppard.... who ordered liftgate service...OK good....
The order showed up and the box with the headboard in it looked like a pole had gone straight through the box! Wood, cloth and leather damage!
I called Interior Express to tell them what I had with the truck driver in front of me out in the middle of the driveway in FREEZING temperatures...Just to have her ask me over and over again what was wrong....UG! I must have explained to her what was going on 5x!!
She was trying to convince me to take delivery of it! It's 150 lb box!!!
I rejected the delivery....sent pictures of the damage to the sales email as requested, etc.
FOR DAYS after that....I left COUNTLESS messages, asking about when I was going to receive my new shipment.
NOT ONE PHONE CALL did they return. 4 days later!~~~ I finally got ahold of Paul Sheppard....NO APOLOGY and he said to me that there was no guarantee that my new shipment would be received undamaged!?? Wha?? Then....he tells me that he will START to process my order, which can take up to 4 more business days....etc...etc...
I told him to keep the order....I would rather do business with a company that WANTS my business.
DO NOT GO HERE if you want ANY customer service AT ALL....or undamaged goods."
