Upon receiving my order I had an item missing which I had paid for so I sent them a clean professional message stating the issue. They replied with personal attacks and Jesus talk crap and to top it all they subscribed me to a bunch of email spammers and have had to change email address since then and I never had any problems with any company prior to that. WORST COMPANY EVER get the same wigs on another website. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them!! enter at your own risk!!"

I canceled my order after waiting weeks for my order to ship The check-out was done through Google Checkout Order #640717176973613 I sent in a refund for order request through Google-Checkout on August 4, 2009, I also called the Bank (Bank of America) and put a dispute in for the failed shippment on August 4, 2009 Claim Number 3865304AUG09. INTERNATIONAL WIG did not refund me and mailed a package to me the day after I canceled. I received a FedX package on August 13, 2009 from INTERNATIONAL WIG upon opening the package I found they had sent me the wrong order.I mailed the Package back to them on August 14, 2009 Using USPS Priority Mail tracking number 2503 8555 7491 3348 6211 the package arrived to INTERNATIONAL WIG 2305 ASHLAND ST C-260 ASHLAND, OR 97520-3777 was signed by K RUSSEL on August 18, 2009 a refund has not been given to me by them as of September 2, 2009 I have done some searching and find complaints about them all over the inernet they have a scam to steal your money and not send any product DO NOT PURCHASE FROM INTERNATIONAL WIG.COM "
