"I was a little worried at first. I couldn't get a hold of the company's customer service and the online chat was always down. But they finally got a hold of me, supplied me with the tracking number and my package arrived within the window that they advertised. All in all I'm happy with this company and will buy from them again if they happen to have something I want.
