Today - July 15 2024 - our account manager Tom offered us a no-charge reship or a full refund on an order that got lost AFTER the USPS got their hands on it in New York. IDM had absolutely no responsibility for this but this is the level of care we've come to expect from Tom and the company he represents."

"I got my med delivered within 3 weeks of the order. They did a good job of letting me know it cleared customs and that it was delivered. Two stars for that. The lack of stars is because starting approximately 1 month after medication delivery, they began emailing me weekly with unwanted discount codes (luckily I was able to unsubscribe to this list I did not sign up for), and calling me monthly to ask if I'd like to order any other meds! After the second call, I asked them to stop calling me and remove my info from their system. After the third and fourth calls, the woman on the phone said she would remove my information from their system.
After the FIFTH CALL in 6 months, I became irate and asked again that they remove my number from their system and to STOP CALLING ME. I don't even have an account I can log in to to uncheck any boxes asking for this harassment.
TODAY, I got a SIXTH CALL in 6 months. "Osay" said he would remove my information from their system immediately, but I am certain he is lying and I expect to have to retain a lawyer in order to prevent further harassment and spam calling.
Do not order from this company unless you want phone calls and emails all the time despite asking them to stop. They lie and continue to harass you to buy from them. I can't tell you how mad I get when I am in clinic and interrupted by one of their numerous phone numbers that change with every call. IDM is a terrible company for treating its customers in this manner and should NEVER call them unless a customer specifically requests followup. LEAVE ME ALONE, IDM."

I was privileged to get help placing my order with "Tom" and with complete thanks to his expertise able to breeze through the order. His professional savvy was outstanding and combined with a personable attitude that was sincere and rarely encountered in large company venues. After i had made a mess trying to place a fairly large order for my mother and I, Tom took the reins and had everything straightened out in no time.
