Company has deteriorated in ability and quality over time - hitting a new low. Same song and dance as mentioned by other reviewers - long delays, additional costs and now suddenly they need my driver's license...in India. My suspicion is they are planning a major scam or have been slapped on the wrist for shenanigans.
Customer service is average to poor - they have a bad habit of trying to talk over you. I told the girl that whatever she had to say could wait until I, as the customer and source of her income, had finished my question.

"I have been ordering from IDM for about 4-years and have never had a problem receiving the merchandise. These orders are shipped from different locations and go through customs on both ends. Once you receive an international tracking number you can place that number on the USPS tracking site and follow your purchase until it arrives. Some shipping times are longer than others but I have never had a problem. Amazon and Ebay sell merchandise located in foreign countries and many times 3-weeks in not uncommon. "

They are illegal & as this post states, they will sell to ANYONE with a credit card. I say not just sell but PUSH!!! I have been harassed by them for over a decade, tried to be nice, mean & they have even brought me to tears from calling so many times. I've had a minor answer to see what they would do & they honestly INSISTED on talking to her about the drugs they had & said they knew what she needed. She KEPT telling them (she answered a few times) she was going to get in trouble because this was her emergency cell & her mom was going to get mad from all the calls, they ALL kept talking over her & said go get your MOM! "LIARS, FRAUD! I have come across some incredible liars before but never to this extreme. They start out acting like a normal company then they change, lying constantly, claiming that something was sent - when it wasn’t, that the USPS tried to deliver it to my house – when it doesn’t do so – you know the USPS. Then it wants more money to redeliver it. Yes they are scams compounded by lies and miss-truths.
Deal with them and you will end up giving them and you will pay them over and over for the same article.
The medications from them are not approved by the U.S. F.D.A. and you will have constant problems with the FDA attaching your packages, and risk a visit from your local law authority, followed by a visit from the feds!
I have done 3 orders through them, received 2 but not without considerable problems. Thank goodness the last one, not received, was a small one. The first order took 3 months to receive. The second order was attached by the FDA and sent back, resent, attacked by the FDA and sent back; resent and I finally got it…7 months later.
One thing shat should have given them away was that everyone you speak to seems to have a different story.
