"I ordered a tool kit 10 months ago.
They still have not sent it to me!
They don't respond to my messages when I ask them about it! "
"This company is rubbish. I attempted to order some parts on their website - but received no email confirmation from them - so I assumed that the order had not gone through. There is no means on their website to check this either. I then ordered the parts elsewhere. Then I find a couple of weeks later they have charged my credit card. I sent them an email to which they responded saying their email must have been blocked at my end - which is rubbish. They now ignore my emails requesting some resolution and neither have I received any goods from them. Complete crooks in my opinion."
"Ordered a "professional tuning kit" on Dec 26. It was not shipped until Jan 6. Shipping costs were not specified other than a range of $11.65 to $17.90. My fault for not requesting a firm quote but I was charged $21.25 for shipping on a parcel that weighed about one pound and it took 7 days to arrive on January 13. 18 days is a long time at those rates by any measure. No explanation was provided. Although I feel somewhat misled and taken advantage of with the shipping experience the tools are nothing to get excited about either. Their web site goes on and on about the quality of their tools but frankly, what I got was mediocre quality at best (yet serviceable). I chose IPS over far less expensive offerings, expecting better quality and service. I received neither. Their web site is antiquated and the ordering process is arcane by current standards but it seemed to have a good selection and I figured they were a small company focused on quality products rather than cutting edge web sales. They didn't do anything terrible but I feel I received poor value and service and but I am not likely to buy from IPS again."
"The ordering process was fine, and the shipment was delivered fast. I made some inquiries about the products beforehand by e-mail, and the response came reasonably fast (in two days). Because of the somewhat primitive website design I had some doubts about placing the order, but I decided to give it a shot, since the prices were extremely tempting. And I've not had to regret my decision. All the items are fine quality, although not all exactly the items shown in the catalog. (The few differences are only in some minor details, and will not affect the use of the tool in practice)
Coming from a European piano tuning culture I have to say that not all the details of some of the items are 100% polished. But there is no doubt that the products are made for serious professionals, and will serve well any piano tuner. I'm very satisfied that I could get a nice set of tuning and regulating tools for around 700$. Tools of same quality would have cost me anywhere from 1500-2000$ if purchased from Europe. Thanks! "
"This company is everything they say they are, and much more. I have done business with Schaff and APSCO for years, but have never received the level of care or assistance received from IPS. Aside from their pricing being far better than anyone else, I received my 1st order from them in just 2 days! In years past, it would usually take 2-3 weeeks. If only everyone did business this way - good product and really great service!! Kudos to you!! (They even went so far as to check with me a week after I received my order for no other reason than to see if I had any questions). The products I purchased were top-notch - I recommend this company highly - A++.

"A couple months later I eventually received the tuning fork. I never received an invoice number, just an email to confirm my purchase. Company has never contacted me to let me know if they have made any improvements.
Shady company. Couldn't send all parts ordered. I called back a couple of days ago to see when they were going to send tuning fork and voicemail says they are all in conference in Asia. Voicemail memory is full. Nothing wrong with item so far and it looks good. If they just didn't have such an archaic web site and shady customer support they might be good."
