"Took them a long time to ship the order which still has not arrived."

"Just a warning to any fellow consumers out there; DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Apart from the continuous posts in their forum about lax privacy when it comes to packaging and shipping, i will tell you about my experience...

I ordered 2 items in july (it is now november) and was continually told to wait for the items to arrive for *months* after i had ordered. Then i was told to check at my local post office, so i contacted both the post office and their distribution warehouse to find that neither had *any* record of my package. After reporting this to intimategadgets and waiting for a *month* for a reply on their ticket system, i was told the package had indeed arrived in my country and had been returned to them and i could pay shipping *again* to have them sent to me *again*. (so why did my post office *AND* their distribution warehouse have *NO* record of the package?)

I was offered a proper solution (refund) within a week, that was about *8 weeks* ago now, after requesting the refund i was offered i was again ignored on the ticket system for almost a month before being told "we will refund you as soon as possible" now THAT was 3 &1/2 weeks ago ***i have just lodged my 5th ticket in 4 months about the same 2 items***

I wonder how long it will take for them to reply to this ticket........ and whether or not i will be refunded at all.......

Bottom line = DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!"

"Order placed on the site wasn't even packed for more than three weeks. Support tickets that I've posted in order to get an update on the order status are ignored. There is no way to communicate with the seller."

"Avoid this company. Whilst the envelope was discrete, the inside items were poorly packed and fell out of the boxes in transit - not so discrete should someone pick up the package.
1 item was fine but 1 item was damaged & 1 DOA. The customer contact ticket system is very slow - they took over 5 days to respond, that they didn't think the items were faulty, which also meant that the window of time to make a claim through PayPal (shipping was over 5 weeks). The system also only allows you to reply to each response once, so you cannot follow again. Now they want a video posted to you tube to show that the item doesn't work- I don't consider having to post a video to a public site very discrete!"

"Be very careful with dealing with this site, I placed an order and paid via Paypal, my order was never shipped and does not reflect on my profile page under orders placed, I have logged 3 tickets with the company and none have been answered, they just go ignored. I have now resorted to opening a Paypal despite, VERY BAD POSSIBLE SCAMMERS!!!!"
