"I was contacted after a couple of weeks because my items were out of stock, and was given the option of cancelling the order or waiting for them to come in. I chose to wait, and haven't heard anything since. It has been over three months.
Update on 11/10/2013: After I posted this review, the owner immediately responded online, apologized profusely and explained the error that had occurred. He then made several attempts to contact me, which were finally successful last Wednesday. He was again very apologetic and genuinely concerned about fixing things. We agreed that he would ship the order right away, and two days later, the package appeared on my doorstep.
Based on the other reviews I see here, this does appear to be an isolated incident rather than a common occurrence on that website. "
