"I've held off for years of upgrading Quicken, since the reviews have been so negative, but thought to give it a shot, well it was a total mess upgrading from version 2004 to 2016. Almost every account balance was either showing asterisks or a large dollar amount. The conversion did not work! I tried over 7 different times of installing/uninstalling & converting, and worked with Quicken support, but they could not resolve the issue.
Quicken developers should be a shames of themselves, and if there is a QA team, you sure wouldn't know it. Probably everything if off-shored, which is the American way of doing business. It's time for a new player!
I purchased the product from a local retailer, and Quicken says to try a return the product. If retailer will not accept the software return I need to mail it back to Quicken at my expense. Ugh!"
"I had some amazing customer service. i was buying checks for my company SuperHighway Designs and the woman on the phone was just amazingly helpfull. she set me up with a great product as well. Overall i would give this store a 10 out of 10. This order was just for supplies, but i had purchased the software a year ago and i just love that as well. it just makes my life so much easier.

"Reorder of personal checks. Customer Service Rep. helpful and courteous. Order filled promptly and accurately. Tracking was easy. However, was not able to complete the order on line, having to place the order by phone, because of two(2) problems. First was quantity as the online store did cover the quantity desired. Second problem was with check numbering. Online would not permit check numbers to be printed to five(5) digits. For those that are wondering, yes I realize that the bank only records four(4) digits, but for for record keeping purposes, I didn’t want to have to start dealing with repeated numbers. Both problems were solved by completing the order over the phone vs online. Order arrived ahead of schedule. Have used Intuit in the past and will continue to do so."
"This company is terrible for merchant solutions. the staff is unresponsive - they say they will call you back and don't - i highly recommend going elsewhere for credit card solutions.
I called this company on Friday, September 6, 2005 to order a credit card machine and start a merchant account. they said if my app went through ok, I should get everthing on time. I faxed in my apps first thing Monday am - my rep said to call back and check on status. My rep was hard to reach, i left messages that weren't returned - same w/ his mgr. they said they'd have the machine to me by Thursday (sept 15) - no later – after not receiving any packages on Thursday, i called around 1 PM and found out they hadn't even shipped it. They weren’t even going to call me to notify me, they were just going to ship it late – if I hadn’t called, I never would have received it at all b/c I was going out of town for a conference. they had to ship my machine to the event for which i needed it originally and when i got it, it didn't work and only had enough paper for 5 test receipts. I was supposed to be participating in a conference all day Friday and had to waste an hour on the phone w/ reps who could not fix my problem and didn’t seem to be familiar with the machine at all – they were telling me to push buttons that weren’t on the machine, etc. Also, i never received an invoice for the machine. i couldnt get in touch w/ the mgr to fix the issue.
I waited a couple weeks to hear back from customer service rep – they never called. I finally called to try to cancel my account, they basically said they wouldn’t. New rep seemed to have fixed the problem.
Received my first statement week of oct. 3rd or 10th – statement has incorrect information on it – says I charged about $200 on my machine and yet I hadn’t even used it yet!
I first received the machine Sept 16 – the first time I tried using it was Oct. 16th! I tried to run a debit card since I was told I could accept them - didn't find out till a month after receiving my machine that the debit key pad wasnt even activated - should have been set up when they shipped it or i should have been notified. I had to use the customer’s credit card and fix the debit key pad after my sale.
this co sucks - stay away unless you want to play many long games of phone tag. If I could cancel w/o paying $400 and return my credit card machine, I would gladly do so.

"Ordered Quicken Deluxe 2005 upgrade from Intuit's online store on 3/31/05. Received an email on 4/3/05 that my order had been shipped on 4/1/05. Checking with Intuit's order tracking link provided in the email, it confirmed that the order had been sent out. Now, once an order has been classified as shipped, Intuit states that you can no longer cancel the order. On 4/12/05, I called Intuit Customer Service to see what was happening with my order. The CS rep stated that it hadn't been shipped and that there would be a three week delay. I asked if I could cancel the order. The answer was "No" since it was listed as shipped, even though it hadn't made it out the door yet. I find such practices extremely bad business.
Update: As of 4/26/05 Still hasn't arrived. Protested charge on credit card since Intuit's customer service won't cancel the order even though they admit it hasn't been shipped yet."
