"Like the others said, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered a "brand new" Nintendo Wii from this place as a christmas gift and received a system that was scratched all over, had dirty controllers, and smelled like smoke. The guy told me to send it back and a full refund would be given to me but here I am 3 months later with no refund and no Wii. I even have a lawyer working on it and still nothing. I'm about to drive there and demand my money."

Bought a 60GB PS3 for $360 dollars. I asked prior to buying if it was new. I was told yes.
When it came in, the console was scratched to hell and did not work, and the controller was missing buttons and in several pieces.
Contacted the seller aka Michael Admin, he told me to send it back and he would send a replacement.
I contacted him for further details about the return process, and asked for a return label (as it was going to cost me $50 to return via UPS).
I never heard back from him (over 3 weeks now).

I am in the process of talking to Better Business Bureau to see what my rights and options are in this situation.
I would recommend steering very clear of this seller!!!

I purchased a Play Station 3 as new, never used. When I opened the box, I found the PS3 scratched everywhere, especially by the USB connectors. The unit smelled tobacco and it came with the power switch in ON position. I emailed them and called them stating I wanted to return the equipment. They told me they sell only new products and they will not accept it. I asked them for their records of the S/N of the box, but they denied any information. "
