"This seller does not appear to respond to any inquiries via the customer service "Contact Us" information page. I have not mailed a physical letter to the address listed, but I am beginning to wonder if I need to in order to get ANY kind of response from them. The "Contact Us" page states that "we typically reply to any questions within 24 business hours." See below for my timeline of actual communication from Inventory Cheap:

As I write this I am currently two days past my expected delivery date, and have yet to hear anything back from any of my attempts to contact this seller. I'm not sure what is going on, but I know for sure that I will STAY AWAY from this seller regardless of any potential savings. It is just not worth the headache to try and save eight dollars."

"First time customer at Inventorycheap. Ordered an accessory about an hour after midnight on the 4th of July, 2014 (about 12:58AM on the 5th). About a minute after I pushed the button, I realized that the accessory was the wrong fit for the item that I had ordered it for. I immediately looked for a cancelation option--which is standard on many websites. Finding none, I went to the contact form and filled it out with a request to cancel the order. An autoreply was sent--without the promised help desk ticket number and without a valid return email address. The autoreply promised a prompt response. No responses have come to any of my several contact forms requesting cancelation--nor to the one requesting a preemptive RMA upon seeing the shipping notice today. On Monday, the 7th, I sent another request to cancel the order and also sent an email to the support address documenting my earlier request. I checked the status and the product had not shipped yet. This afternoon, (Tuesday, the 8th, at 12:01PM, I received an email confirming shipment of the item). I can only assume that they either have a really bad customer service department or they intentionally don't allow cancelations counting on the customer either keeping the item or paying the 20% restocking fee--either of which leaves them with a big profit and an unsatisfied customer. I am rating every single category except the price low. The price for that item was actually only average among online merchants and ebay for the same product. I should have gone to one of them. They answer their inquiries and would have handled the cancelation.
7/15/2014 update to review. Inventorycheap has yet to respond to any of my several contact form submissions or my email responses to their order confirmationand shipping update. The product arrived on July 10th and appears to be in good condition other than a few minor handling scratches on the plastic of the packaging. I have downgraded their cost to "Very High Priced" since, based on their lack of response and their RMA restocking charge, it will cost me more than the competition charges for this product to deal with the fact that they failed to respond to my order cancelation request for a full 3 and a half days and then shipped the item anyway. If they won't take the product back without the restocking charge--basically admitting their poor customer service in failing to respond to my cancelation request--and send me a shipping label to make me whole, then I will have to sell the product on ebay at less than InventoryCheap's price because competitors are already advertising the identical product at less than I paid. Also, their shipping charges were more than double the USPS rate for this item because it is about the size of a DVD and fits in a standard padded envelope which comes at USPS 3 Oz. package rate.
7/26/2014: final update to this review. I sold the item on eBay. The buyer got a good deal and I recovered about 2/3 of my outlay to Inventorycheap.com. As of today, Inventorycheap.com customer service has not even responded to any of my contact form submissions (even though I received the autoreply confirming that the contact was received by their system). They have also not responded to my direct replies to the several notifications about my order status."

"I had written a bad review, in response to never hearing from customer service pertaining to a rod that was on back order but never letting me know the status of the rod.
Well, I received a response just as I finished typing this. So, I have to say I changed my mind, will be getting my fishing rod and will change the status of my rating. I commend them on a good job...a little late, but better late than never!
