The one that stands out the most for me was a Customer Support Rep. named Claire. She was extremely helpful and was very detailed in responding to an issue that we were having with an upgrade we were trying to install.

She provided me with all of the information required for all 6 of our licenses and gave me step by step instructions to complete the install of all of the licensed copies were upgrading. She even emailed to make sure that we completed all of the installs. She was great and a pleasure to seal with over the phone. A definite asset to your company!"
