"Purchased a shield for my Motorola Backflip. I paid their high price since the product had a "lifetime replacement warranty." Tried to get a replacement after 9 months as the shield was heavily scarred. First they bounced back my request as I had the wrong zip code. The zip code was as listed in order info but it had the plus four (as listed on their site. Their customer service said that the reorder had to have the basic 5 digit zip code only. Replaced the replacement order and all of a sudden they wanted to charge me over $20.. for the item under warranty. $4.00 shipping and handling for the replacement plus over $18,00 for a new item. Their customer service said they would refund the $18.00 after I returned the original unit. (Probably 6-10 weeks after I returned it)
Recommend you not buy from them."
"It took them 13 days to "process" my order. It finally shipped today. That is, 2 screen protectors and that is it. The product may be great, that remains to be seen. But the company is one of the slowest I have ever witnessed. Not worth the hassle in my opinion. I will not order from them again."
"I don't understand the bad reviews this company is getting! If this were the first time I had heard of this company I would not have bought from them after looking at the reviews on this site. I have been buying from this company for a few years now and their product works very good. I am in construction and the invisi-sheilds I have been putting on my phones get destroyed from all the dirt and abuse but yet protects as advertised. When they get to bad I take advantage of their warranty and have yet to experience any problems with getting them replaced. Their service has been excellent as well. Yes, if not applied as directed there are bubbles, but even then, many disappear in time. My last purchase was the Smartbuds and they arrived not working properly. I emailed zagg and told them of the problem. They promptly shipped me replacements. They paid for the shipping of the replacements and for the malfunctioning ones to be shipped back to them. What more can you ask for in a company! I love the product and will continue to buy from Zagg. "
"Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I ordered three new phones, three cases, and three screen protectors at the same time from three different vendors last Friday. The companies I ordered the phones and cases from were able to process the orders, prepare them for shipping, and deliver them in two days or less. Four days after placing my order with Zagg, they had not even finished processing my order. I find it hard to believe that it should take this long to put a few screen protectors in a box and drop it in the mail. If you like to wait and wait and wait for your protectors to arrive, and then have a CS rep tell you the order (which hasn't been processed four days after placing the order) can't be cancelled, then order from Zagg. If you want your items delivered in a reasonable amount of time, then look elsewhere for your screen protectors.

"Purchased a ZAGG SPARQ 2.0 and a slew of invisible shield protectors.
Their warranty sounds good on paper but when returning the invisible shield I was told that it was user error that it did not stay on.
Secondly, the ZAGG SPARQ 2.0 was bought at a hefty price. It died after a few uses , within 4 months of purchase. There is no replacement warranty outside a 45 day return period. They have got to be kidding me: a 100$ charger and 45 days of warranty???
This store has VERY LITTLE love for their customers after they have been paid. Support / backing up of their products sounds good on paper but is non-existent in reality.
Look elsewhere, not worth the aggravation and premium price since you get nothing in return. "
"I couldn't tell exactly what was included in a custom printed skin bundle for my camera. So I chatted them online and asked if the entire back would be covered or just the screen. The employee took a moment to research, then came back and told me that the bundle I was asking about came with full coverage on the back, plus some smaller pieces for the sides (as well as the custom printed front). They sent the custom printed front and a little piece that just covers the screen on the back. I emailed their customer support... included a printout of the entire chat log where they told me I would receive full device coverage. Their response was essentially... "sorry about that". I asked them to send me the pieces that were missing and they refused. They offered to sell me an upgrade, or a return... but either option is an inconvenience to me and will cost me additional money. For what they charge for little pieces of sheet plastic with adhesive on them, you would think they would be more interested in providing decent customer service to help increase customer loyalty... but they really don't appear to be. I won't buy another ZAGG product, ever."
"SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH ZAGG SPARQ2
I was excited to find the Zagg Sparq2, as I carry around a lot of electronics gear (iPad, iPod, Droid phone, etc), and spend a lot of times on planes or in airports. A single device that could act as both a charger and a reserve battery sounded great. $99 is a lot of money, but if it cut down on multiple chargers and batteries...
Unfortunately, this was one of those "too good to be true" things. My first Zagg Sparq2 arrived with evidence of shoddy workmanship: USB sockets were crooked and a bit wiggly. It held a charge and recharged my gear, but within 3 weeks, the prongs of the plug broke loose and began swinging freely.
After a bit of confusion, Zagg agreed to replace the unit, which arrived within about 7 days. It had the same slightly crooked USB sockets, which made me nervous, but it functioned fine. Unfortunately, after three weeks, the unit stopped accepting a charge. Once drained, it would not charge again. Both times the Zagg Sparq2 failed, I was on the road with no easy way to charge my phone, IPad, or iPod... muy inconvenient.
Another flurry of emails to Zagg, this time asking for refund my $100. (Screw me twice, shame on me, right?) Zagg's ever-friendly customer service folks informed me that they are happy to give me a store credit, but will NOT refund my money, because it has been more than 45 days since the original purchase! Nothing seems to budge them from this position, so I'm stuck with a credit for a store I would not buy from again, or a useless plastic paperweight.
Don't make my mistake! Stay away from the Zagg Sparq2 until they get their production and quality control issues under control, and adopt better return policies for the lemons they seem to be producing."

"I bought the inviableshield for my camera and the end results are poor. Installation was easy but you can see tiny bubbles under it. If you read the instructions it says micro-bubbles disappear in a couple days. Unfortunately mine did not. Visiting their website they say they warranty against the product failing versus poor installation even though they admit micro bubbles occur in their instructions. Pass on this item and get some better stuff for your gear."
"I've had the most horrible experience with this site, first, a friend of mine got a new cell phone and needed a resistent cover for it, me and my boyfriend also bought 2 brand new Nintendo Dsi, and we needed covers too, but, we all live in Brazil, and the shipment taxes were way too expensive, luckly, another friend was in Miami, for vacation and told us that he were going to stay there for a full month, we ordered 1 nokia 5800 full body cover and 2 Nintendo DSi full body cover with the total of $74.97, a price thats worth R$131, in my country, thats a huuuge amount of money!
anyway, that friend was going to recieve our order, that was told us to arrive in 14 work days, we contacted the site to ask if that was no problem to ship it to a Hotel and stuff, and they said it was ok, no problem.
past the 14 work days our package wasn't there yet, our friend were veeery patient and kind by staying there 2 more work days, and the package weren't there, we contacted the site to change the adress and had to pay $2,99 tax for this, but with the totaly certain that it would take "only" 4-5 work days
as you can probably know by now, it didn't arrived in the expected time, my friend got back to Brazil with just one shield (for the cell phone) because he searched like crazy for it.
so, we e-mailed Zagg again and I asked my money back or the package to be sent to Brazil with no extra charges, they preferred to give our money back and it took forever to recive it! they blamed the delivey company for the long delay on our order, and not even once apollogized for this mess.
I live in a not so organized and developed country, but I can´t complain on our mail shipment and delivery services and companies that are veeery efficient and work even in holydays and weekends.
Zagg is an arrogant, dishonest and very expensive company!

"Zagg took over 13 days from the time I ordered a simple 1 invisible shield order to the time they shipped it. Not the time I received it. It took them 13 days just to put the product in a box and label it. Wow. I emailed customer support about a week after to make sure they were still sending it and to see why it was taking so long. The customer support never replied until after it had shipped about a week after I emailed them. All they said in reply was that it took them 13 days to ship it, but it is now shipped. The customer service was rude and did not put the customer first. There are other companies that offer this same product and therefore I will never order from zagg.com again."
