customer service issue

"I switched my purchases many years ago from another pool supply company to inyo pool, and just had a horrible experience. I order black 2 part epoxy paint over a week ago, really needed it to get my pool up and running for my business (campground), I just got off the phone with customer support. The company canceled the epoxy paint (out of stock) and didn't think it was important to contact me.( this is now 8 days later) No other alternatives or solutions. I just spent over $1600 and had more items to buy. I will find a new supplier and would highly recommend any business use caution when ordering from this company."

Order placed on 1/30 on a in-stock item. Shipping label created the same day but never ship, until I call Inyo on 2/4. Shipped immediately after I complain.

Terrible company

"I own a property in a different state from where I live and placed an order from Inyo Pools for a sand filter. I buy many products for this property through various websites and always pay with my Discover credit card. This particular company sent me an email that said their fraud department had flagged my order and that I needed to send a copy of my driver license. The email explained that this was no different than being required to show one's driver license at a place of sale if requested. I scanned and sent a copy of my driver license per the instructions and received a response that my driver license wasn't accepted and that I needed to pay with PayPal or send a check. I called customer service to try to resolve the issue over the phone and the representative spoke to me in a very condescending manner by saying things such as "We can choose who we do business with" and "We get these types of complaints every day and have been in business since 2001". I can understand that their fraud department flagged the order but they should have been able to resolve the issue when I called. They could have verified my Discover card by calling Discover. After my experience, I researched the company and found many complaints from consumers on the Better Business Website and other review sites, some of which were exactly like my concern. The company should not ask for a driver license if it won't be accepted, and they should have a facility in place to handle credit card orders that are erroneously flagged when a customer calls to try to resolve the issue. I wasted my time trying to resolve the issue by sending multiple emails and calling customer service and the company clearly doesn't value their customer's time. I bought the sand filter from another supplier and would absolutely never do business with this company. Their business ethics are the absolute worst that I have ever experienced."

No Customer Service

"I ordered off of Amazons, which INYOPools was the company listed. Got the product which was the wrong part. Sent it back and went directly to INYOPools to purchase a new one. They made me send my ID to them saying they needed to check it to my Business Credit Card. Which I did and they canceled my order?
The only way to contact them is through a Chat. My first Chat was about my ID because my CC was under the business name and address where the product was being shipped to. But my ID has a different address. The person on other side said that they could not help me with that and I just needed to see.
The following week I got an email canceling my order because my ID didn't match. I went into another chat and try to find out why and explain I had just sent them back over $300 worth of merchandise that they received back the pervious week that I had gotten through Amazon. Was told that INYOPools has no affiliation with Amazon. I said you sell products through Amazon. Again they said No, we have no affiliation through Amazon.
I just wanted to have them see that I who I am and my credit card was good.
Then I just got an email about my order if I have received my order by clicking on the link below.
If I haven't, wait a 24-48 hours or disregard if I canceled this order. Well I didn't cancel it they did. My charge card was charged but it was also credited for the charge. Still waiting to see my credit on the products I sent directly back to them that I purchase from Amazon who they have no "AFFILIATION" with.
I am a business owner and this company is a Joke!

Buyer Beware

"I placed an order with this company and received a confirmation that i would be billed once the items were processed for shipment. I received another email stating the status was changed to processed and checking my bank i seen they had taken the $650 dollars from my account for items purchased. A few days later i received another email stating my order has changed and they were out of stock on several of the items i have already paid for. I checked my account first to see if there as a refund. No refund. I started looking for a phone number to call them. Much to my surprise there in NO phone number to contact them on. You send an email, a fax, or chat online. I sent an email, after 5 days of no response I decided to try the chat option. Get ready to wait, it took min 45 mins to reach anyone after being disconnected several times for no activity. So once i finally got ahold of someone they didn't have any info the help with the issue. Basically they could care less if i got a refund or parts for that matter. So I just stuck here with no parts no refund and no way to actually speak with anyone about it. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau for help resolving i hope it works.

Technical Support

"I called for a recommendation on a replacement pump for my in ground pool. Didn't catch the guys name, bummer! When I told him what my pump was and we went through several trouble shooting steps he recommended I clean the impeller and almost hope it is clogged so it will fix it. He was correct, saved me hundreds of dollars! Awesome support!"

Quick delivery/ great prices

"I needed a replacement 3/4HP pump. My local store wanted $1600. Huge savings at Inyo pools. I thought it would take weeks to deliver. We ordered on Thursday night. It delivered on the following Tuesday afternoon. That was the free shipping, folks. Thank You!! Inyo Swimming Pool Supplies!

Worst experience ever

"$2000.00 pool liner never arrived, and no customer service. They won't refund me and won't answer the phone. Stay clear of them unless you have money and time to waste!!!"
