"Took them a week to respond to my emails and they basically won't even answer a simple question about what they sell. I would highly recommend avoiding this company as they are not just unprofessional, but refuse to offer any type of service. This is the worst customer service I have ever had while ordering something online. There are a lot of place that sell the products that they do with much better service and they will answer simple questions like "order status" questions well within a week and not give you a rude response when they do write you back. Waiting a week for a rude response is absolutely insane.
All of my emails were nice and professional as well, but after day 5 of emailing them (business days, not including a week) I explained I was getting frustrated. That is when I got the very rude reply back. Since they won't even reply to me asking for a refund I'm now having to go through my credit card company to solve this. Now, I have to wait to get my money as they won't answer any questions about a refund and canceling the order."
