" I called Ironwood Pacific to first discuss their E-Z slide trailer bunk slides and then placed my order via the internet. Jim Steward was extremely helpful, took good care of me, helped me figure out my best deal and expedited my order in time to be shipped to me before the Labor Day weekend. The phone receptionist (real person) and Jim were very cordial and pleasant. I’ve only had the slides for a week, so I haven’t had a chance to use them much. Very satisfied so far, but I’ll holler if I ever have a problem and am confident Ironwood Pacific will do what’s right. Yes, I did recommend the products to another boater over the Labor Day weekend. I’m sure the word will spread further. I'm planning to on purchasing a few of their other products – snap repair, etc..

"I purchased an item but was unable to select expedited shipping. I had to reorder and call customer service to get the item shipped to the east coast in a timely manner. I would recommend adding this option during the on line process to alleviate having to call Customer Service or at least advise the customer here that they have to call in to revise the shipping options.
