"I placed my order on July 4th. It is Friday July 23rd. Not only did I not receive my order, it was never even shipped. I never received the shipping confirmation email. I emailed them and they said they were experiencing delays and it will be shipped out soon. If they ship it out Monday (which I highly doubt considering it's been 20 days so at this rate I can't expect them to do anything) then that means I will receive my item A MONTH after I placed my order. And that's if I'm lucky, I probably won't receive it even at a month. A $300 order. I can't afford to spend $300 on something that will never be shipped. It took me less time to save up the money than it is taking for them to just process my order. I plan on asking for a refund if they don't ship soon but based on other reviews, it seems they won't do that either. Unbelievably awful. A complete scam. "
"I ordered my extensions 2 weeks ago and the order was not processed. I emailed the company asking for a refund and they said they shipped the product and I will receive it in 2 to 4 business days. I told them again that I want a refund as my wedding is this weekend and the extensions won't be here in time. I was told that I can return them when they arrive and get a refund. I told them again that I want a refund not their product. They told me they had shipped the order and couldn't recall it. I asked why they sent the order out in the afternoon when I requested a refund in the morning and was told that the product wasn't in stock when I ordered. I told them it didn't make sense that it wasn't in stock until I asked for a refund and then it was shipped instead of the money being returned. They have now completely stopped responding to my emails. Haven't provided any tracking information to prove that the product has even shipped. And have not refunded my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!"
"The merchandise I received looked like it was a return from someone else. The primary weft was the correct color. There was supposed to be 4 small wefts. There was only one with hair and three combs with no hair! And the one weft with hair was the wrong color. The product had been opened and in their return policy it states that it most be sealed to be returnable. So I wrote and told them all of the above I just stated. They received my return on Dec. 4th at 5:30pm. I have not heard from them as of today Dec. 19th. I will never order from them again."
"I had ordered extensions and they were never even processed even though the money had been taken from my account. Customer service never replied to my emails and I had asked multiple times why it was never processed. I finally just asked for a refund of my money and they wouldn't even do that. I'm terribly dissapointed in the service I have received and have had much better customer service from other distributors. I Do not recommend this company to anyone. "
"I ordered my Irresistible Me hair extensions a couple of weeks ago and it took a little bit to ship so when I e-mailed the company asking what was going on they kindly e-mailed me back just about an hour or so later telling me that they would check in with the factory. They e-mailed me again a few hours later and told me the factory manager wasn't satisfied with my order and had the worker redo it. My order was shipped the very next day and I got my extensions a few days later! They were very honest and very kind! I love my extensions they are silky soft and I would definitely order from this company again :)!"
"I received my new hair extensions today and I am amazed with how good the quality is, the extensions were not only affordable but they are super soft, silky beautiful.
The product was just great but the customer service was even more amazing, I was super happy with how I was treated and how quickly my questions were answered. I was worried I wouldn't receive my extensions on time for my trip but Alex worked with me to make sure I received them not only on time but even days before my trip.
I will definitely be recommending Irresistible Me hair extensions to my clients.
