"Despite booking with Isango for about 6 different trips in Iceland and paying in full upfront and receiving their vouchers, when it actually came to going on the trips in Iceland, we had not been booked on one so could not go, the other had been cancelled, despite us phoning the night before and one hour before to check it was going ahead and then hiring a car and driving for 2 hours in a snowstorm only to be told when we got there that it was cancelled. The third trip, due to these experiences, we rung the local tour company direct to check and guess what? we were not booked on it!
We are still battling for a full refund 3 weeks later and despite asking for ONE person from management to be our single point of contact we are still being e-mailed by numerous different staff and have heard nothing from management. This company simply do not care or appreciate the effect their mistakes have on their customers holidays, we lost one and a half days of a five day trip that we cannot ever get back.
