Slow response to email. Had to make several returns: a male costume was advertised and a very different female costume was sent. Ship fees are outrageous (19.99 to ship an arm patch?) one employees seems to know his stuff anf teh stock but he is not empowered to act. Can take months, yes months to delivery. WHiel your happy you finally get the items, the experience really takes away the joy,, In auctions many zero feedback bidders seem to drive items up. many are relisted. Certificate of authenticity are sometimes great and sometime real garbage. multiple identical COA id numbers!?!? ad listings are frequently incorrect, and similar but not identical items often shipped. its a shame that in a collecting hobby, something you spend money on for pleasure; that its pleasure is so greatly diminished by flippant uncaring poor service.
