"I chose UPS Priority SDA so I could get the item after 2/4 days. Apparently, you need an extra 24 hrs where they make the sandals. Merchant said this was stated on the website, but I didn't see it. The sandals arrived 9 days later. I asked the merchant for a refund on shipping fees, even partial, as I did pay for 2/4 day shipping and it got to me late. We had a series of frustrating emails where she was asking me to take care of things myself. I did contact the shipper and they said the merchant had to apply for a refund. I forwarded this email and kept writing the merchant but she just stopped responding. The sandals were pretty and well made, though it runs big. It's a pity because they have good products, but customer service is not their strength. Buyer beware."
