"The reason why im taking my time to write to you guys is because I've been working the last 7 days with Karl Hamid and Naj, which is been a HORRIBLE experience.

When I first contacted Karl, he told me he needed to sell this items because that was the only way for him to keep his job, after that is just been lie after lie. He told me this items were stock and it would take 2 days to receive them in my location, another lie.

When I decided to place the order last wednesday, Naj said the order was already processed and it was been deliver. When I call thursday to ask for my tracking number, neither one had it. I knew I was being played out, after sending mails and calls, friday late afternoon I receive the tracking number. They also mention the delivery company will work sat and sunday, which I find out is not true.

Now, that the order won't be deliver monday, neither tuesday, I received a call from the delivery company saying it probably won't be deliver wednesday.

Let me tell you this is just horrible, you guys had reviews online about similar situations and even with that I decided to take the risk but thats it. You lost a potential client because all this lies and unprofessional way to handle this type of situations. "

Call this vendor regarding this order for verification and never got a call back. Vendor cancelled the order but did not cancel the transaction. Called again and vendor said to deal with Google Wallet for the transaction. Google wallet said it was the vendor and to contact them. The vendor uses Google Wallet to process transactions for CC."
