"Great communication and response time"

"It's been over 3 months since I sent my phone in and they never paid me. They said they received my package but that the box was empty!!!! When clearly in my receipt from UPS it states how much the package weighs so it wasn't empty. Been emailing back and forth with customer service and they never help at all, every time I email them they ask me for my offer number like they have no idea what I been talking about for months and they just go in circles so they won't have to pay me. I paid for insurance and didn't even get that back. Don't waste your time or money, if I could give then zero stars I would."
