The initial inspection wrongly claimed an included accessory was missing. After I requested a re-inspection explainig where the accessory was (which was easy and straight-forward), I received a follow-up explaining the mistake and received a increased offer.
More than that, when selecting laptop specs for initial offer, the website only allowed me to choose 128 GB and 256 GB, when my laptop was 180 GB. I chose 128 GB to be conservative and received a lower amount offer, but they inspected my laptop and increased the offer for this discrepancy. “Upon submitting expedited offers to us, we do advise that checks will arrive within 5-10 business days. Due to this, we both urge and provide other payment methods should payment be needed sooner. In addition, our expedited service refers to the processing of the items themselves, rather than payment. We’re unfortunately unable to apply the same timeline to our checks because they’re shipped through a reputable third party service.

The initial check was sent on 6/18 and the expedited fee was reimbursed on 6/21. Because 5-10 business days was advised, and due to your location, it is likely that you will not receive the initial check until the end of the week and the following check until early next week. However, we understand that PayPal and Zelle aren’t favored by everyone, and traditional checks are often preferred.
