"I opted for the "Expedited Processing" which I would definitely do an future transactions.

The emails I received were prompt and clear. The initial email outlined, step-by-step, what I needed to do to make the transaction successful. That's great for this newbie!

Once I made sure my part was done (disable Find My, factory reset, and no carrier connections , if any. ( IMEI cleared with carrier). This was described in the 1st email.

Then there was the shipping part. I was given the option of having my item shipped pre-paid (no money upfront) FedEx or UPS. Very nice to have a choice! Most dictate shipping carrier.

On the instruction email, there were suggestions given for an appropriate type box and secure packing. And to make sure there were no indications that there was an electronic device inside. A good idea to prevent theft.

Once boxed up and my shipping label attached, I just had to drop it off at my carriers location. I chose FedEx simply because their drop-off location is closer to me. AND, if you can't print the label, you can request one and they'll print it for you! (I believe regular US Postal). My printer was broken so I used a computer available at my FedEx location (way faster than mail).

Once I dropped off the package, I could track it via the carrier tracking number. When Its-Worth-More received my package I promptly received an email. I have FedEx notifications enabled, but I got the email from Its-Worth-More first! Amazing.

The email about their receiving the package told me what would happen next -- device evaluation -- and the time frame for that process.

They were incredibly prompt on sending me an email regarding the status of the evaluation. I had no problems. But if I did, a discussion could be had as to why and how their evaluation might effect the initial off process.

I was paid VERY promptly via Zelle. Zelle is a widely used money transfer app. My bank, Chase, recommended Zelle. If you don't have a Zelle account I'd suggest getting one. You'll get paid WAY faster with Zelle. It's safe, secure and recommended by my nationally large bank. Convinced? If not, Its-Worth-More can mail a check.

So, bottom line I think Its-Worth-More is awesome! They certainly made my transaction easy. And the price I received was greater than other sites I visited."
