"I have been selling to IWM for a while. It'**** and miss.
Lately, I have been dinged on EVERY SINGLE LAPTOP.
They do not include a picture of the problem, they just tell you 'the keyboard is worn, new offer is $100 less'. on EVERY laptop sent.
Condition on their site says Good means a few small scratches; not even the BAD mentions the keyboard.
And they keyboards are fine. If they're worn off, I mark them as fair. There is nothing wrong with the devices, but they mark them down anyway.
But literally of the last 10 laptops I sent, every single one was reduced in price for basically no reason; and with no picture to showcase their claim.
I have chosen to accept the reduced price and be done with it, and will not be conducting business with them again.
They clearly do not value their customers, and they will do their best to minimize how much they pay you."
