"My Samsung Note 20 Ultra had an FRP lock on it that is evidently a new thing on Androids. Even after you fully remove your data, fully factory reset your phone and remove device from your Google account, the FRP lock still requires the username/password of the previous owners Google account to disable. This is not exactly forefront information in instructions so test post reset before sending in.

The long and short here is that I had to give them my password and then immediately change so they could get past FRP. I was super hesitant but took a chance. They are 100% trustworthy and the help I received on the phone was top tier and friendly. We got through the FRP and password changes without issue. HIGHLY recommend IWM.COM and will be using them exclusively from here on out!"
