Bought a Batery Grip from J5Digital for my Canon 50D. First time buyer from this seller on Amazon. Item received Brand New with signature required, but unfortunately it was factory defective. Contacted J5Digital & informed them about the problem. They arranged to send me another Grip before i send back my defective for return: Very special support!!! I highly recommend this seller, they honor their customers.. Besides, they had the best price for the same item. Future purchase, i look first if J5Digital have my needed items...
