"I saw a phone for sale on their website that I really wanted to buy because of the good deal they had on it. However, I saw the reviews posted below, which cautioned me.. So I decided to call them and tell them my situation and how I wanted to make the purchase, but they had a couple poor reviews.

They explained that they experienced unforeseen issues with their merchant processing company, which caused them major promblems with their shopping cart and order system.. They assured me that it has all been resolved, and they were very sorry.. They then went on to give me a $15.00 off coupon code to show me how much they cared about my business. I got the phone (factory unlocked iphone) two days after ordering it.. Awesome phone, outstanding service, and I will definitely be back, no questions asked!! I think the folks below got caught up in the ordering problems JAB Cellular was having.. If you're a previous customer, send them an e-mail, they are being extremely kind and proactive now that they are "back online." Hope that helps."

I bought an iPhone 3G S from JAB Cellular in November of 2009. I was told, on more than one occasion, that this phone was fresh from the Apple factory, and had NEVER BEEN LOCKED. So, it was a *Factory Authorized Unlocked* phone. Thought I had done enough research on this topic, and had asked JAB several times: This phone has not been hacked, and came from the factory unlocked. Several times I was told it's not been hacked. Yesterday I purchased the Apple extended warranty for it. While I was on the phone with Apple trying to register the extended warranty for the phone, Apple said that I was not the registered owner. This phone was registered in someone else's name, in Hong Kong. If JAB had been honest and told me it was hacked, I wouldn't have spent over $800 buying from them, when hacked phones are available here for a fraction of that. JAB Cellular is a scam, and I won't do any business with them. If you want an unlocked iPhone, get one off of eBay and save yourselves a bunch of money.

My response is as follows: The iPhone I purchased from you in November, 2009 just started to act like it had a problem... good thing I didn't purchase your extended warranty, or I would have never figured out that your company, JAB Cellular is nothing but a sham / scam. If I had not contacted Apple directly, two days ago, to purchase an extended warranty, I would have never known that I had purchased a hacked phone. The question you, JAB Cellular, need to ask is "why must we (JAB Cellular) scam decent, honest people out of their hard earned money".

Email was dated October 29, 2009, 12:21 AM. In the first email, you did also mention to me it was only 20 days and not 21 days. So to be fair, it is only right that jabcellular honors the promise.

The ONLY reason I bought from you was because Alex was friendly and nice. I hope you can rectify this with what you promised. This is business and most times you gain and sometimes you lose. A good business man will fix the problem with his clients.

First posting:
After much searching online for a good unlocked phone, I bought a LG Arena from the site jabcellular.com. It worked fine for about 1 week, then started giving me trouble. I emailed him/called (Owner is Alex who tried to say he is an employee) and he said I could purchase an extended warranty for 1yr at the cost of $50, or return it for a refund after testing it. I opted in for a return and refund of over $300. After that particular email/conversation of asking for a refund his emails were slower and response was not as quick as before. He was in a hurry to sell a phone but not in a hurry to return anything anytime soon. Then he emailed me an excuse saying that his office was moving. After that no response at all. So now I have been RIPPED-OFF for over $300 with a dead LG phone and no way to get my hard earned money back.

Recently it says that his website is experiencing technical difficulties? I do not think so. I also noticed there are other complaints about him.

NOTE TO FUTURE BUYERS: Do NOT buy or engage with him.

I agree with you guys. I think JAB Cellular is a big Fraud. I ordered a 32GB FACTORY UNLOCKED IPHONE from these guys on Dec 15. On Dec 21 their sales dept guys emailed saying it took 3 days for Paypal transaction to be clear and I will expecting the shipment update email very soon. From then, I have been trying to call them and sent out about 8 emails with no response. Even when you call the customer service it goes to the message...i think i made a mistake of doing business with JAB Cellular. I will be going forward and putting in a dispute with Paypal right away..."
