"Have ordered from JCPenny many many times and this is one of the very few places that have never sent the wrong product/size/color. Items have always been as expected orders filled correctly and shipped promptly. Prices are good for the quality if you purchase during their constant sales. Returns if necessary are easily handled at local store.
Their website can take some navigating because there are multiple pages for many items and depending on how you look an item up the site will have you paying a higher/full price for something that is in reality discounted.
