"Ordered parts in Dec 2020. They hipped the wrong parts. Had trouble getting responses. Fianally they sent a RGA, BUT I had to pay shipping back to them. They reluctantly refunded my payment ... but never the return shipping cost. Doug promised delivery in late-Feb. Never happened. They never returned emails or phone calls. I could talk to Doug only if I happened to get him answering the phone. Nothing but excuses and blaming others. I finally cancelled my order ... but it took three phone calls and three emails. Too bad, because they were the only ones who had the part ... or at least they said they had it on order. I have bought new fixtures. Very poor service and non-responsive. They still owe me the return postage, but I do no think I will ever get that back."

"I ordered several neptun light bulbs from jedlights.com and when they arrived, 3 out of 4 were making a wierd buzzing noise. I contacted jedlights and they were not helpful and would not stand by the product. Luckily, the manufacturer stepped up to the plate and replaced them."
