"First of all, the product is beautiful quality. A top brand high carbon steel 10` chef`s knife for under $75 dollars is amazing; it`s counterpart in N. Z. would retail at over twice that amount.
Closing the deal required quite alot of correspondence because of product line discontinuation and substitution and new inroads into figuring shipping cost, for an uncommon destination.
