"I had researched my product (RV works FF4 Cajun fryer) on the internet and JES had the best price. I called in lieu of ordering online, and Adam was very helpful in placing my order.
Unfortunately my unit arrived with some damage and telltale signs that it may have been used. I called Adam (left a message, he immediately called me back) and let him know how the product was received (I followed with photos in an email) Adam and his supervisor Scott contacted the manufacturer, wouldn't accept the band-aid approach initially offered. JES's pressed on and got the manufacturer to replace the unit, at a great shipping expense. I offered a less expensive compromise, which the manufacturer accepted and they even threw in a complimentary cover for the unit. I think everyone came out happy in this deal. This is the way business should work. I would gladly shop at JES again, they stand up for their customers. Thank You Adam and Scott
