"I ordered one game from them, first time ever, and never received it after it was claimed to be delivered. I’ve emailed twice. Once three days ago and then today but I haven’t heard anything back yet. So far all I can think is this place is a scam which **** because I was looking forward to ordering a lot more games after my first game trial."

"The shipping really wasnt that bad and the disk was not scratched so i assume it works well. We shall see. But id have liked the disk to have been CLEANED. Note that I already have morrowind and I wanted to buy GOTY just so I could play the dlc. I ordered and waited to have the game come in. "I bought an xbox game on ebay and payed instantly. The game was listed in Denver, Colorado which is may 30 miles from where I live. The game was not shipped right away and I did not receive official tracking until about 5 days after the purchase. I asked the company what was going on and they said they would check with the shipping company, DHL. I received an e-mail after sending multiple messages saying it takes 4-7 business days and it was only 8 business days since I bought it.....Tell me how that makes any sense. The rep also gave me a link to check the tracking yet the link took me to a blank page on the DHL website. Will not purchase from again-still don't have it after almost 2 weeks."

"Read their return policy. My ps3 came with pieces already falling off of it and it broke after 40 days. They were willing to replace it but i had to ship it back at my cost. It would've cost almost as much to mail it back as to just buy a new one. Terrible experience, would not recommend. A 30 day guarantee on a $180 unit is not ok."

"I'm writing this before I even receive the n64 and controllers and games.
Ordered over 2 weeks ago and absolutely no sign of the package. Figure that's what tracking numbers are for, but low and behold I get nothing but a customs ID number that is about as useless as it gets. Emailed them asking for any info and said the only time the status will change is when it's delivered.
And I've checked pretty much all shipping. Shouldn't take more than 6 days for it to come through. Possibly it's stuck at customs, but who knows.
But they didn't hesitate to process the payment so this entire company could be a scam and a half.
