"I wish there was an option to give no stars. I ordered a fur wrap for my wedding. I talked with a presale representative about ensuring the item would arrive on time. She told me that she put my order on priority and said it would arrive 4 days before my event guaranteed.
The item arrived 2 days after my wedding. Obviously this was very upsetting and when I realized it was arriving later than projected I was unable to get in touch with any customer service representatives.
Now, I was cutting it close, so I sort of understood. (Although I certainly would have selected a faster shipping option, but I was assured it would arrive on time!!!) I sucked it up and was a little bit cold on my wedding day. Whatever.
Then, after my honeymoon I wrote to initiate a return. My return was denied because it was outside of the 7day return window (because I was on my honeymoon...). I explained in MULTIPLE messages that I was not able to use the item because of their own company’s mistakes. I had the conversation with the presale rep in writing and presented this as evidence of their company’s word. It took so many messages back and forth to convey to this organization that I should not be responsible for their own mistakes and they must honor their own word.
Eventually, I got the return initiated, but they wouldn’t cover shipping back. Which, given the circumstances, is ridiculous. They messed up big time, and I will never ever order from them again. Buyer beware! "
