"Never received my products, nor confromation that the order is being process, but I did get charged. They claim next business day turn around to answer e-mails. I have sent 20 e-mails no responce in any way. Luckaly I have USAA and they can reverse the cards and place the company on they Black List. I suggest avoiding this company because of the problems."

"i purchased a table from this website. i got a confirmation email saying that it would ship right away and listed how much my credit was billed and that i would receive another email with a tracking number as soon as it shipped. after a week of hearing nothing, i went to the website to check on my order and it said that it had been cancelled. no explanation was given and i was not even notified. i sent an email to ask why my order was cancelled and barely got an apology and no explanation. i sent another email and haven't yet heard an explanation. they only wrote that the vendor would not fulfill the order. so, if you expect to receive a product when you purchase something online, don't use this site. PLUS! they still have the table listed as available on their website. Even though they know the vendor will not fullfil the order, they still are taking orders. beware!!! this looks like a bait and switch company. stay away."
