"Outright scam. They did not bill me sales tax, even though we are in the same state (California). They sent me a dead CPU. They ignored my repeated requests for an RMA, then finally issued one. They never answered any of my subsequent emails. The only phone number available was to voice mail. I left numerous messages on their voice mail, but never received a phone call in return. I have never received a credit, a new CPU, or an explanation for their refusal to do either. "
