If I had any complaint, it would be: I ordered an espresso coffee machine, which came with a couple of "freebies" from JL Hufford. The machine and the freebies were shipped in two packages (it would seem that the freebies came from the Hufford location, and the machine came from a distributor). I was informed very promptly about the freebies being shipped, but the first I heard of the machine being shipped was when I got a phone call from FedEx saying it would be delivered the following day. I did not get shipping notification from JL Hufford about the machine until the day the shipment arrived."
