As soon as it was delivered I unpacked and used it. When I filled the tank it leaked so I immediately called and the tech support was great and they were ready to send me a new tank, but I realized I put too much water in the tank and it overflowed. Then I called back about the grinder because in the picture it says its the virtuoso Preciso grinder and I received the Preciso (which I found out is the better version anyone)thinking I had the wrong grinder. The girl assured me I had the right grinder. They should change the picture so people don't get confused. So far I am extremely please with their service and both products. You do have to play with the silvia to perfect your espresso, but I find it to be fun. As far as long term I can't say, it's only been one week."
