"I have not received my order as yet. I ordered "bundled" Nespresso products - an espresso maker and a separate milk frother as pictured on Hufford's website. The frother that was pictured is a later model and according to reviews, does a better job of steaming milk and other liquids for lattes. Unfortunately, Hufford posted the wrong frother on their website and they want to send me the older model frother that was supposed to be pictured. Since the newer model sells for the same price as the item that was supposed to be pictured, I believe they should send me the newer model as advertised on their website, but they do not want to do that. For now, I am dissatisfied with the way they are handling my order. I understand that Nespresso did not intend for the two products to be bundled, but I intentionally ordered this project from JL Hufford because of the way it was advertised and now the sale is over.
