I have been pleased with customer support. I wasn't paying good enough attention when I placed the order and selected the wrong color. An email to customer support fixed my error and corrected the order to the desired color.

"I'm very happy with my JL Hufford purchase and customer service experience. They informed me that a competitor I was eyeing was not an authorized BlendTec dealer, which would invalidate the warranty.

To still be somewhat price competitive with the other dealier they instantly offered me a 10% discount. Even though the shipment cost was zero (I only paid $2 for a signature requirement), the shipment was also very quick, and everything arrived in tip-top condition. I will definitely look to JL Hufford again for future purchases."
