"Grab bag products are junk! Got 3 (advertising says no duplicates in orders) mp3 players that sell at dollar store, ear bud case and a pair of ear buds which cost me $60. Customer service is a joke, no refunds or exchanges. Feel so ripped off!! I have purchased JLab ear buds from Amazon which were good so assumed the it was a trust worthy company, my mistake. Shame on you JLab and Trio!!"

"Don't fall for their grab bag. It takes forever to arrive and you get some junk headphones that they claimed cost $20 on their site, but it looks cheap and probably cost less than $5. Total waste of money since they will not offer refund. "
