"I found JMC to have the best price for the compressor I wanted. I received the unit in a timely manner, and everything was in good order upon receipt. About a week after I received it, I got a call from someone making sure I was satisfied. I told them I was but that I had a question regarding a feature of the compressor. The caller was unsure, but said he would contact the manufacturer on my behalf and get back to me, which he did within 24 hours. I was additionally pleased with the obvious pride they took in their business and it's reputation."

"Used JMC for purchase as they actually carried replacement parts for a powered respirator system -- parts that were unavailable from any other source I could find. The items were backordered, I was notified, and when the parts came in, they were shipped immediately. The backorder was not their issue, the manufacturer delayed shipping as it was a 'new' product.

"I am writing this review of JMC Automotive Equipment due to the exceptional service that the company has provided me to date. I originally ordered a product from them on the 24th of January, 2014 . It went like this, when I ordered product I was almost immediately informed that they were out of stock. I was a little disappointed but it was great communication on JMC's part! Laura Zapata head of customer service emailed me and called me personally to talk about my options. She got busy locating one to fulfill the order the next day and it shipped very quickly. I received product and it fit like a glove. I was very satisfied with the company on that occasion. More recently on the 8th of July, 2014 I had need of a scan tool. I talked to a different person named John this time and was pleasantly surprised. So far he has been every bit as helpful as Laura was on the other order. I needed a specific or particular type of scan tool, one that would read (DTC) dealer trouble codes or (FTC) factory trouble codes, however you want to say it, on a 2005 Toyota Prius. I was having issues with the hybrid system of this car. Not only did John figure out what the most cost effective scanner that would read the DTC, he also was instrumental in finding and putting on the JMC web site an scanner adapter that I could use my iPhone to interface with the cars computer system! He did a GREAT JOB!!!! "

"JMC was very attentive to my questions before choosing the product that I purchased. They helped me determine the best scissor lift for my needs and constraints - I choose a Dannmar Cadet 6000 with Lift gate delivery. It was the perfect lift for me, at a great price and they offered the lift gate delivery service which allowed me to easily get the lift up my driveway and into the garage.

After I ordered the lift, the time from order to the freight delivery driver coming to my front door was faster than I could have ever expected - two days from California to Kansas.
