"Called to make sure my part was in stock and that they could simply change two fittings. I was told on the phone that was no problem and it would be in the mail if ordered before 12pm. I purchased the part. 16 days later I still don’t have my part and my business is losing money I call them and the lady on the phone says they’ve been on back order for 3 weeks. Call them another 5 days later and they just got the part I asked to verify that the fittings still be changed so they put me on the phone with the builder. The incompetent builder treats me as if I am a dumbas* and says yes I can change the fittings. Just got it in the mail almost a month after ordering it and the fittings are wrong!!!!!"
